I chose the faerie castle background with my chihuaha because a couple years ago my husband and i drove down to florida to go to art when i got engaged. while my chihuaha couldn't go to art she was with us on our road trip and at the hotel. she is 17 years old and this piece of art means sooo much to me because time with our fur babys eventually runs out. my dog barely has teeth anymore and her tongue hangs out in the side of her mouth quite often. i LOVE the work Antonija the artist does...shes very creative and captures specific details (like the little black dot mole on my chihuahas face too)
Mark, is all around amazing. very active...he responds to any questions, will update you on your order if you ask....will update you on your delivery. i got notified that my item was out for delivery and shortly after my door bell rang Mark messaged me that it has been delivered. to mark this is his job...to me? he goes above and beyond for his customers to make sure everyone is satisfied. their really should be more sellers in the world like him. hes not just someone who wants to make money and tells you what you want to hear. he really cares about his customers and it shows. I am not even speaking for myself...i seen him respond to so many peoples comments helping them understand something, or sharing an idea and just willing to help with any purchase to make his customers happy and to make things go as smoothly as possible.

So glad I did, premium product, premium service and excellent customer service throughout. I asked for changes to the original render, this was no trouble, the small tweaks were sent back to me for review a few days later.

Friendly and helpful staff. I requested to preview my canvas before it was printed to make sure it was what I was looking for and I had an email the next day with the preview. I didn't request any changes after seeing it but the customer service was top notch. Received my canvas 10 days later and was very pleased. It actually looks much better in person. I would most definitely recommend your pup star.

First things first: it's custom work; any expectation I had for a speedy turnaround time was very much tempered. So when I got the email within a week asking me to approve the final product, I was very pleasantly surprised.
I feel the same way about the price: while it may seem high for what it is, this isn't a slapdash Photoshop job being built from a few options. As a fully custom piece, the price was actually a lot more reasonable than I expected. I haven't ordered anything else yet, but assuming there's a reduction in price since the artwork is already done, I'm more than satisfied with the whole process :-)

My experience from start to finish was outstanding! I was hesitant at paying upfront for something I had not seen, but the reassurance of it not being printed until I was happy was good enough for me. My preview was sent in days and I was not disappointed. The company have a real personal way of getting in touch with you and the correspondence is excellent. I took a chance with ordering a canvas because I saw Mark very active on the page answering everyones questions and seeing that you can order something and see it/make changes on it before it is officially printed and shipped to you caught my attention.
Mark has been so professional and helpful sooooo responsive! it has been a pleasure being a customer and speaking to him! Antonija is the artist that works on the canvas and her work is A++++ she is amazing at what she does and really makes your item (in my case a canvas) very special and unique. I got emails from Anne & Maeca updating me on the product and showing me the work when it was done asking if i wanted any changes and if so- what...I have had an all around great experience I can't even complain about anything. After you make your purchase, you get a preview sent to you a few days later. You finalize anything before it is sent out. The preview alone brought tears to my eyes. Once I seen it in person, I just couldn't get over how precious it was! The detail is great. Looks just like him ❤ I lost Shadow in 2015. I feel like this is an accurate image of what he's up to these days. It's wonderful to have and I love it. your pup star can do anything that you want with your pets. Would be an amazing gift for someone. I would certainly recommend!
