Ordering was sooo easy! I submitted my photo on November 30th, was emailed the print the next day, and received my portrait on December 13th! On top of that, I received multiple email updates from the company regarding my order and shipping. I was initially nervous submitting this order because you hear stories of long waits for delivery and poor customer service from other similar companies, but Your Pup Stars was fantastic and even faster than I imagined, especially during the holiday season.
